At Quatrro, Acers are the employees, who have consistently delivered excellent performance throughout the year, and have garnered high rankings (GP4 & GP5) in their Annual Appraisal.
At Quatrro,we believe there is a need to offer a differentiated platform for our high performing employees. As many as 20% of the employees are identified as Acers Club members and are recognized through differentiated recognition mechanisms. They are appreciated for their outstanding contributions to the organization, and special developmental plans are chalked out for them. The idea is to develop, recognize and help these Acers know what future at Quatrro is all about.
Emerging Leaders Retreat (For Acers Club Members)
Acers Club members participate in outbound learning programs (called Emerging Leaders Retreat) in recognition of their contribution to the organization.
This program provides an opportunity to the participants to become better team players or to increase teams’ effectiveness in the real-world work environment through some of the most widely used concepts of team work and people / team management.
The theme for the session changes every year.This year the theme was to learn how a business model works and implement the learning’s in day to day life.
Expresso Yourself (For Acers Club Members):
“Expresso yourself” is a session where all Acers Club members get a chance to interact in person with leaders of the organization over coffee. Our Chairman and Managing Director, Raman Roy himself and all the Business Leaders play an important role in these sessions. This year, the format was to have these Acers identify what would it take to take the business to the next level.
The discussions were held with the business heads and later on the ideas were evaluated and sharpened by none other than Raman.
At the end of the session, as a token of appreciation, Acers are provided with an insignia of excellence in the form of customized gifts. All the Acers are honored with a BADGE that makes them stand out in the crowd.
We also know that our colleagues can’t be Acers if not supported by their family members and hence a congratulatory note signed by the Business Leaders goes out to family as a token of appreciation.
