Quatrro Supervisor Learning Programs: I Lead
ILead is a framework which contains many learning opportunities for Supervisors within Quatrro. This is a series of training workshops to develop emerging managers and to help them develop skills like coaching, mentoring, leading, etc.
The programs within this framework are designed after evaluation of learning needs of the supervisors.
All the learning programs are designed on the basis of their core competencies. Supervisors, who score GP 3 and above in the appraisal cycle are eligible to take advantage of these programs to promote their talents and skill so that they become eligible to take on higher responsibilities.
I Lead Program: Enrollment Process:
- At the beginning of every quarter (i.e., January, April, July and October), Employee Development team rolls out Learning Calendar through emails and through wizcafe. The calendar highlights the workshop details for the particular quarter.
- The Training SPOCs from the business consolidate the nominations from their sub processes and send in the final sheet of nominations to the Employee Development team .
- This final sheet would also get uploaded on Wizcafe by the nomination SPOC.
- The Employee Development person would review the nomination against eligibility before finally approving the nomination.
- An invitation email is then triggered to the employee explaining the date, time, and venue of the workshop and is also enrolled in the program in Wizcafe.
- Employee Development team then helps the participant from Pre to Post work completion for the program.
- After the successful completion of the training/workshop, all the participants get a certificate for their training through a certification program.

In the dynamic process we work, the expectation of deliverance is ever mounting and the importance of performance with versatility is paramount, it is more than imperative for the corporate workforce like us to embrace and adapt newer methodologies and paradigms of approaching and executing the tasks at hand.
Usually the solution to an issue is known, but to be able to implement that more effectively is what we were looking forward to learn from the ILEAD workshops and they addressed the problem very comprehensively. The course was very well designed and all the elements were streamlined to cater to particular issues of corporate workflow management.
I would give it a 5 on 5 and courses like these are a must for every corporate setup to ensure maximum productivity from the workforce keeping their motivation and dedication towards work intact.

I had the opportunity to be a part of the “First Step to Leadership” program in early 2015 and I must say it was a very finely tuned course. It was the First Leadership Training for me and I was quiet content by the entire concept of it. It did help me to gain clarity on a lot queries both Business and Ethics. I have praised and recommended the program to my team members and to other Supervisors. As the name suggests “First Step to Leadership” it would be nice to include scenario based role plays and activities which include more interaction with other participants. I would give a 4* rating to the said program and will enroll myself to such programs more often. Last but not the least; I must say I did enjoy the course and its motivating concept of Leaders.

The 3 day workshop on 9 Steps to Operational excellence was very interactive with a lot of learning. I diligently followed the instructions that were shared during and after the training. I constantly referred to the handout that was provided, which helped. I also sketched out tasks and activities daily which helped in a smoother functioning of the process. Overall the value that the training has brought is immense as it has helped me tremendously to get an edge over my leadership skill which is imperative to my new and existing role.

The topic on motivating talent was hugely insightful, as were the weekly activities as they allowed me to put my learning into practice.
