Quatrro adopts a proactive approach to ensure that each and every employee at Quatrro realizes his/her true potential by creating an environment conducive for high performance that promotes the development of talent across all levels. Quatrro talent development philosophy has three corner stones:
1. The Organization
2. The Teams
3. The Individual
The essence of Quatrro’s learning philosophy is to create "Learning That Creates Value". Each year, goals are created with a mind-set that promotes not only "Hours spent" but also "Value added" to the individual’s job, process, department, and company.
It all starts with a well-structured Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) Process. The key objective is to tie in business priorities and identify individual developmental needs. LNA is a 5 step process at Quatrro which starts with an understanding of business perspectives & prioritization with business leaders. Based on the priorities, surveys are created & rolled out. Focus Group meetings get initiated. The emerging themes are then signed off by the Business Leader. Finally, solutions is done & roadmaps & calendar for all levels are rolled out.
LNA is constantly reinforced with our monthly Connect meeting with operation leaders & quarterly VOC surveys that we roll out to the employees.
Four themes were identified Professional excellence, building leadership, business acumen, operational excellence and People Skills . Encompassing all these themes, a "Wheel of Learning" was implemented across the organization with "Learning Agility" as an overall theme as we believe learning is a continuous process which can take place anytime, anywhere &from multiple experiences and avenues.
Our comprehensive Development framework enables the employees to address their developmental needs, to enhance the ability to demonstrate leadership behavior and link the Employee Development to business priorities and help Quatrro achieve business goals.
This learning process is supported by the e-learning modules in WizCafe.
