Because every employee has his or her own way of learning that works for them, our training modules help in ensuring that each module or chapter is completely understood before moving on to the next, which in turn, could result in better learning.
The training and courses available in the portal help in bringing an employee to an agreed standard of proficiency with the help of instructions available in various training presentations/programs. There are various processes available under different Mortgage domains, and each process has a specific process training based on the outcome. Training presentations will describe various aspects of that process with the help of snap shots of documents/process flow. With the help of training presentations, an employee can learn about that process in a short span of time.
We have three important domains available under QMS which are as follows:
- Credit Services
Under above mentioned three domains QMS has different process and training modules specific to those processes.
The user needs to clear all assessments in order to complete the module. For most of the assessment, threshold is 90%. The user will get maximum two chances to clear one assessment, and this option can only be gained two times. If there are multiple assessments in one module and user has cleared first two assessments in 2-2 attempts, subsequent assessments need to be cleared in very first attempt.
The user will be rewarded with a certificate after successful completion of the module.
